Processing:

All orders will be processed and sent out within 3 business days, unless otherwise specified. Limited Editions series will be dispatched according to the release schedule.

Orders are shipped with the different couriers such as UPS/DHL/Fedex/SF-Express . Orders will be processed in 7 business days unless otherwise specified. Flat shipping rate of HK$300 per pcs of artwork will be charged.

Packaging:

- All art prints are custom framed by hand and packaged in a carton gift box

A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we\'re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.

Please send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase , to:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
