Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “My Account” > “Orders” section on your account page on the website.
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status “Shipped” or “Completed”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

You can purchase on our website using a VISA / MasterCard or American Express credit card.
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD and HKD
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD or HKD, depending on the currency you choose to checkout. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
Shipping and Returns
We currently ship to all countries around the world.
Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:
Hong Kong – 2-3 days
All other countries 5-14 days depends on the location, you will be advised the estimate days of delivery when check out.
Returns within Hong Kong are free (the purchased must be made within 14 days).
Returns from outside of Hong Kong, shipping fee will be responsible by the buyer.

VAT or customs fees are not included during the online checkout process. You will receive a separate invoice from the courier when the print is delivered.
Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order.
