Description:  his work stages a quiet encounter between beauty and being. A peacock stands robed in roses beautifully. Bubbles drift around. The bird gazes thoughtfully. The roses suggest fragrance, cultivation and replaceability. The bubbles are moments of meaning blown into the air: perfect, reflective, but timed to vanish. Everything looks dreamy. Only the gaze is authentic, composed, aware, and responsible for one’s own spectacle. The painting asks: When adornment dissolves and applause fades, what remains of the self? My answer is purpose. Each bubble, rose, and each brushstroke assert that meaning is not discovered but made in every moment of being.

Art that gives back:  Part of the proceeds from this artwork will be donated to support children with cancer through the Children’s Cancer Foundation.
