Mandy was born in Hong Kong. In 2022, she graduated from the Fine Arts Department at Hong Kong Baptist University, driven by a desire to explore how art and design can seamlessly integrate into everyday life. To deepen this exploration, she pursued a Master’s in Design and Branding at Loughborough University in London, graduating with distinction honor in 2024.

Her primary medium is abstract oil painting, and she is particularly captivated by the interplay of light and the urban environment. In Hong Kong, her early works were inspired by the unique cityscapes she observed while riding buses, capturing the essence of its vibrant streets. Since moving to London, she has continued to immerse herself in the city’s scenery, traveled across different European countries, which broadened her perspective on cities and inspired a new direction in her artistic practice. This ongoing exploration of urban spaces has fueled the development of her latest works, where she examines cityscapes from a unique visual perspective, uncovering the intricate relationship between light and the city.

During her time in London, she continue exploring urban landscapes and actively participated in European and British art events. In 2024, she has exhibited at The Holy Art Gallery in the UK, and this year, she is honored to have her work selected for the 2025 Annual Exhibition of The Royal Society of British Artists, showcasing alongside artists from around the world at Mall Galleries.
