Jieru Tang
Jieru Tang is a Motion Media artist and Illustrator based in Atlanta, GA. She graduated from Beijing University of Technology with a Bachelor of Arts degree and now she is pursuing Motion Media Design M.F.A degree and Illustration M.A. degree at Savannah College of Art and Design.
Since childhood, she has been passionate about painting, and exploring various mediums for artistic creation. During her undergraduate studies, she chose to major in industrial design to research service-oriented design, using many 3D modeling software such as C4D and Solidworks. After graduating, she came to SCAD for communication-focused design research in illustration and motion media design. She expert in Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create various exquisite illustrations. At the same time, she would like to use different kinds of materials and media to create art. She is also eager to use After Effects and Cinema 4D to create a variety of animations. Her goal is to become a creative animation designer.
